Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

United States: 5–8 business days via USPS or UPS.

Canada: 7–14 business days.

International: 10–21 business days depending on destination and customs.

Standard shipping is free on all U.S. orders over $50. Orders under $50 ship for a flat rate of $4.95. International shipping is calculated at checkout.

You'll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours after shipment for tracking to update.

If your package is significantly delayed or marked as lost, please reach out to support@velalift.com and our team will help resolve the issue.

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes assessed by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the order total.
