Return Policy

We stand behind every jar of VelaLift™. If you're not completely satisfied with your results, return it within 60 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price — used or unused.

Email support@velalift.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within one business day with return instructions.

Once we receive your returned item, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank, funds may take an additional 3–5 days to appear.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect. If your order arrived with an issue, we'll cover the return label — just include a photo when you contact support.

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, please return the original and place a new order.

Bundles and gift-with-purchase items are eligible for the guarantee as a full set. Individual bonus items are not returnable on their own.
